Do you need to get Licensed with The Department Of Social Services, or Vendorized with Regional Center to get your clients, I CAN HELP.

My name is Cornell Mitchell, and I am the owner of Mitchell & Mitchell, a community care licensing & vendorization consulting company. I have successfully operated this business since 2004, licensing numerous clients with the Department Of Social Services, and vendorizing them with Regional Center.

I have made several million-aires in the community care business since 2004, and if you are committed to giving care and supervision to clients in need of help with daily activities of life, I can help you to, let’s get started.

The first stop on this journey is the Department Of Social Services, you are required to submit an orientation certificate, a program design (plan of operation), licensing forms, (hereinafter lets refer to all three elements as an Application) and processing fees to CCLD in Sacramento.

When your application is received, it is given a Facility number and assigned to an LPA for processing. After your application has been given an initial review, your LPA will determine what corrections are needed on your application to proceed with processing, this vetting process usually takes up to 8-10 months to complete prior to licensure.

If you elect to choose Mitchell & Mitchell to get you licensed with CCLD, which entails formulating a program design, doing all of the licensing forms and corrections, the fee is $2,00.00.

Mitchell & Mitchell also do Childrens Program Designs. If you need to get licensed for a STRPT program or a different population group, give us a call, we can get it done for you.
